Gold price reaches NPR 303,800 per Tola, sets new record

Kathmandu — The price of gold in the Nepali market has set a new record again today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, the price of gold has increased by NPR 2,400 per tola and is being traded at NPR 303,800 per tola today. Previously, on Friday, hallmark gold was bought and sold at NPR 301,400 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also risen today, setting a new record. Silver has increased by NPR 290 and is now priced at NPR 6,480. On Friday, the price of silver was NPR 6,190.

According to international media reports, in the international market today, one ounce of gold is being traded at USD 4,987, and the same quantity of the white metal (silver) is being traded at USD 103.
